Quick answer

In short: The5ers Futures Commission Budget + Discount Code AUDIT

Model both sides of an unresolved commission-unit discrepancy, reconcile actual account charges, and separate trading costs from AUDIT purchase savings.

Last updated

The5ers Futures commission FAQ uses two different units for the same quoted rates. Until that discrepancy is clarified, a budget should show both interpretations rather than silently choosing the cheaper one. This guide builds a conditional cost worksheet and keeps it separate from the verified AUDIT account-purchase discount.

AUDIT is owner-verified. The account prices below were checked in the official public program data on 8 October 2026. This is a pricing-source review, not a new code test. The offer does not establish a reduction in execution charges, optional platform upgrades or other separately billed services.

Identify the unit before multiplying

The official Futures commission FAQ labels its ES/NQ $5 and MES/MNQ $2.50 table entries as round-turn commissions. Its summary calls those rates per side. Those descriptions produce different opening-plus-closing costs, and the page does not reconcile them.

Selected contract examplesPublished amountTable interpretation: complete round tripSummary interpretation: complete round trip
ES or NQ$5.00$5.00$10.00
MES or MNQ$2.50$2.50$5.00

These are conditional interpretations of the source, not two selectable commission plans. Neither column is asserted to be the confirmed current account charge. Obtain the actual unit before estimating net profitability or deciding that one contract format is cheaper overall.

Count completed contract round trips

For this worksheet, one round trip means one contract opened and then closed. Opening three contracts and closing all three produces three contract round trips, even if a journal records one trade idea. Scale-ins, partial exits and multiple fills make it especially important to reconcile quantities rather than just counting rows labeled “trade.”

Illustrative activityContract round tripsCost if the table unit governsCost if the summary unit governs
1 ES contract opened and closed1$5.00$10.00
2 ES contracts opened and closed2$10.00$20.00
4 MES contracts opened and closed4$10.00$20.00
10 MES contracts opened and closed10$25.00$50.00
20 MES contract round trips across a session20$50.00$100.00

The last row can represent several smaller positions over time; it is not a recommendation to open 20 contracts at once. These rows compare cost arithmetic, not equal market exposure. Different instruments have different contract specifications and risk, so a lower per-contract commission is not enough to choose a position size.

Separate gross profit from the charge assumption

Suppose a hypothetical session produces $160 gross profit and contains 20 MES contract round trips. Under the table-unit interpretation, the illustrated commission is $50 and the result before any other charges is $110. Under the summary-unit interpretation, commission is $100 and the result is $60. The difference is $50 from the unit assumption alone.

This is not a performance forecast or an assertion that the dashboard applies either rate. It shows why a cost worksheet should contain an explicit source-status field. Add other applicable charges separately, and do not subtract a commission again if the statement's profit figure already includes it.

All amounts are USD. Calculated account price equals the regular fee × 0.90, rounded to cents. Saving equals regular price minus calculated price. Taxes, resets, upgrades and other separate charges are excluded. The current selector does not establish new-purchase availability for the larger sizes described in some older materials.

A $5.90 saving on a 25K Day Trade purchase belongs in the purchase-cost row once checkout confirms it. It should not be repeatedly deducted from every session's execution costs. For example, subtracting that saving five times would claim $29.50 of benefit from a single $5.90 discount.

Reconcile an actual statement before relying on the model

  1. Identify the exact futures symbol, contract month and account stage.
  2. Record opening and closing quantities for an existing completed transaction.
  3. Check whether charges appear on both legs, as one total or in a separate fee field.
  4. Reconcile gross profit, charges and net profit without double subtraction.
  5. Ask official support to resolve any difference from the published descriptions.
  6. Replace the conditional assumptions only after the applicable unit is confirmed.

This is a review process for account records, not advice to place a test trade. Avoid creating market exposure merely to discover a fee. A dated support explanation and an existing transaction record are better evidence than an assumption based on the word “micro.”

Account rules remain independent

The Futures news FAQ permits news trading while requiring compliance with account and risk rules. Permission to trade an event does not make execution cost predictable. Likewise, an account's maximum contract allowance does not establish a sensible risk budget or guarantee profitable trading.

When applying AUDIT, select the intended Futures program, inspect the regular account fee, enter the code and verify the final order. Keep that receipt with purchase records. Keep execution-cost assumptions with the trading ledger, where their source and uncertainty can be checked later.

FAQ

Is $5 definitely the full ES round-trip cost?

The official page's table and summary use conflicting units. This guide does not choose one as confirmed.

Are the two cost columns different packages?

No. They model the two interpretations of the same published wording.

Does one trade idea always equal one commission unit?

No. Track the number of contracts opened and closed, including partial fills and exits.

Does AUDIT reduce trading commissions by 10%?

That is not established. The retained offer is an account-fee discount.

Should I subtract commission from net profit again?

Only subtract a charge that has not already been included. Reconcile the statement's definitions first.
