Questions about these codes
What does a forex prop firm discount code apply to?
The challenge fee for the plan and account size you choose at checkout. Some codes exclude instant-funding or swing plans, and a few apply to the first purchase only. Every deal page lists the plans the code covers.
Is the challenge fee refundable?
At many forex firms the fee is refunded with the first or third payout from a funded account. The refund is normally the amount actually paid, so a discounted fee returns the discounted amount.
One-step or two-step: which is cheaper with a code?
Two-step challenges usually cost less per account size, and most codes apply to both. One-step plans trade a higher fee for a single target, often with a tighter drawdown. Compare the price after the code and the drawdown type together.
Do forex prop firm codes expire?
Some are evergreen partner codes and some are flash promotions with a date. Deal pages show the expiry where the firm has published one, and codes that stop working at checkout are removed.
Can I use a code on a reset or a second account?
Often yes for additional accounts, less often for resets. Each deal page says whether the code is first-purchase only.
Terms used on these deal pages
- Static drawdown
- The max-loss line is fixed at a percentage of the starting balance and never moves up.
- Trailing drawdown
- The max-loss line moves up with equity or balance highs, so banked profit can be lost to drawdown.
- Daily loss limit
- The most that may be lost in one day, usually 3% to 5% of balance or equity, and usually a hard breach.
- Phase targets
- A two-step challenge sets a profit target per phase, commonly 8% then 5%; a one-step sets one target, commonly 10%.
- Fee refund
- Many firms return the challenge fee with an early payout once the trader is funded.
