Quick answer

In short: The5ers Futures Payment Checks + Discount Code AUDIT

Reconcile the invoice, payment status and issued evaluation before repurchasing, including crypto underpayment cautions and AUDIT prices.

Last updated

If a The5ers Futures payment appears to have left your account but no evaluation is available, verify the order before buying again. The official payment FAQ identifies one specific failure condition: a cryptocurrency payment that is short because of network fees will not complete the order or open the account. It also warns that using the wrong asset or network can lose funds.

The5ers Futures discount code AUDIT is this site's verified 10% offer for Day Trade and Swing evaluations. A coupon changes the eligible account fee; payment completion still depends on the actual invoice and provider status. Official sources checked on 11 October 2026.

The official Futures selector currently shows these 25K and 50K purchase sizes. The USD calculations multiply each listed fee by 0.90. Larger sizes remain outside this current-price table because their purchase availability is unconfirmed. Taxes, optional products, conversion costs and payment-provider charges are excluded.

The amount in an individual invoice can therefore differ from the evaluation-only calculation. Read the complete order rather than assuming that $53.10 is necessarily the final amount for every 25K Day Trade purchase.

Know which payment process you selected

The Futures payment-method FAQ lists Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Checkout with card and Apple Pay or Google Pay options, and Confirmo for cryptocurrency. The options actually displayed for an order should be checked before committing.

That FAQ lists USDT on TRON or Arbitrum, USDC on Ethereum or Arbitrum, and TRX on TRON. Treat those as published supported combinations, not permanent instructions for a later invoice. The live provider's asset, network, amount and destination must match the transaction being considered.

A familiar token name is insufficient to establish that a network is correct. Likewise, a provider used to receive a trading payout is not automatically a purchase-payment option. Keeping the two processes separate reduces the risk of relying on instructions from the wrong screen.

Separate the invoice from the amount received

The official FAQ says an underpaid crypto order will not complete. A useful budget distinction is therefore the displayed account fee, any separate payment costs, and the amount the payment provider credits to that invoice.

For an arithmetic illustration, suppose an invoice requires $53.10 and a transfer process deducts a hypothetical $1 from the submitted amount. If the invoice receives only $52.10, the result is $1 short. The example does not establish any real network fee, token conversion rate or remedy.

Before choosing a payment route, inspect how its fees are handled. Do not assume that every provider adds fees on top rather than deducting them. Do not estimate a corrective transfer from this example: ask the actual provider or official support how an incomplete invoice should be handled.

The FAQ also warns of possible loss from a wrong asset or network. A discounted evaluation does not make that error recoverable. Stop if an invoice's instructions are unclear instead of guessing from an earlier purchase.

Reconcile three records before ordering twice

There are three useful records to compare:

RecordWhat to check
Purchase orderProgram, size, accepted code, final invoice amount and order reference
Payment recordAmount, currency or asset, status and transaction reference
Trading accountWhether the intended evaluation was issued under the right login

A payment notification alone does not identify every property of the purchased program. An account with a familiar balance may belong to an earlier order. Match references and product details wherever the service exposes them.

If the records disagree, preserve the discrepancy in plain language: for example, “Order reference X shows pending, payment reference Y shows completed, and no new 50K Swing account appears.” This is more useful than assuming either that nothing was paid or that a second purchase is required.

The public payment FAQ does not give a universal issuance deadline or an automatic repair promise for every payment error. Avoid treating an arbitrary waiting period as proof that the order failed.

Prepare a focused support request

Use the official site or account portal to contact support. For a payment inquiry, prepare only the details needed to locate the order:

  1. The account email and order reference.
  2. The requested Futures program and account size.
  3. The amount and payment method.
  4. The time of purchase, including timezone.
  5. The payment provider's status and transaction reference.
  6. The exact mismatch or missing account you want checked.

Keep wallet recovery phrases, private keys, passwords, full card numbers and security codes out of ordinary messages. If a screenshot contains unrelated balances or transactions, redact them. Never send an additional payment to an address supplied by an unverified account claiming to be support.

These steps organize evidence. They do not guarantee a refund, a recovered transfer or account issuance. Get a response that refers to the actual invoice before deciding whether to continue, cancel or place another order.

Account issuance is the final check

Once the order is confirmed, verify that the intended evaluation is available. The BlackArrow account-identification guide explains the distinction between the separate practice account and a purchased The5ers account. A successful practice trade is not proof that the paid evaluation was issued correctly.

Check the selected program and size before the first trade. If the purchase is wrong, trading can change the cancellation position. The current cancellation FAQ specifies a five-day refund window for an untraded evaluation, with Hub Credits after five days, and excludes Black Arrow Pro. The Terms also condition the refund on no trading or Terms breach.

That refund policy should not be used as a promise that a misdirected crypto payment can be reversed. Payment tracing, order cancellation and the program's later third-payout fee return involve different facts and conditions.

How to apply AUDIT before choosing payment

  1. Open The5ers Futures and choose Day Trade or Swing.
  2. Select a currently available account size and review its terms.
  3. Enter AUDIT in the coupon field and apply it.
  4. Confirm the 10% evaluation-fee reduction and any separate costs.
  5. Review the selected payment provider's invoice and keep the completed order reference.

FAQ

Why might a crypto payment fail to open an evaluation?

The official FAQ specifically identifies underpayment caused by network fees. Other unexplained failures need order-specific investigation; do not assume every delay has that cause.

Can I use a network from a previous order?

Verify the current invoice's exact asset and network. Old instructions or a matching token name alone do not establish that the destination is appropriate.

Should I buy again when payment appears completed but no account is visible?

First reconcile the order, payment and account records with official support. A second purchase may create another order without resolving the first.

Does AUDIT cover network or payment-provider fees?

The recorded offer is a 10% evaluation-fee discount. This guide does not establish a discount on network fees, conversion costs or separately billed services.

What does 25K Day Trade cost with AUDIT?

The current $59 reference fee gives a $5.90 saving and a calculated $53.10 evaluation charge. Read the final invoice for any separate cost and confirm the accepted code before paying.
