Traders Launch Card-Name Check + Promo Code COMPARE
Check account identity, card ownership and unclear order status before buying twice, with Standard and Legacy NYC COMPARE prices.
Quick answer
In short: Traders Launch Card-Name Check + Promo Code COMPARE
Check account identity, card ownership and unclear order status before buying twice, with Standard and Legacy NYC COMPARE prices.
Last updated
A Traders Launch order should be checked for identity and payment ownership before the discount is applied. The official FAQ requires the payment-card name to match the registered account name and says another person's card is not accepted. If a genuine spelling, legal-name or billing mismatch prevents purchase, ask the firm how to resolve it before trying again.
Traders Launch promo code COMPARE is this site's verified 30% offer for the existing Standard Futures and Legacy NYC scope. It changes the eligible evaluation fee; it does not remove identity checks, geographical eligibility or the firm's refund conditions. Official sources checked on 11 October 2026.
Coupon summary
The current Traders Launch deal keeps the full program comparison. This guide addresses a narrower purchase question: how to avoid ordering under the wrong identity or creating a second charge while the first order is unclear. We may earn an affiliate commission through site offers.

The official pricing page publishes these one-time fees. USD totals above equal the selected fee multiplied by 0.70, before taxes or separate extras. Standard also offers a 60% funded-share option; the 60% versus 80% comparison explains that different choice. This article does not extend COMPARE to Early Access, crypto or another Legacy split.
Check the account holder first
The Terms of Service require registration information including the full legal name, current address and a valid email, and require participants to be at least 18. They also say organizations and businesses need express written approval to participate.
Those requirements matter before entering payment details. A nickname used on a trading community account may not be the name that belongs on a purchase record. A business card does not by itself establish that a business-owned evaluation is approved.
Review the following as a private checklist:
- Is this the intended trader's account?
- Does the registration show that person's correct legal name?
- Is the payment method theirs, with the required matching name?
- Can they access the email address that will receive the receipt?
- Have they checked eligibility for their location and selected program?
- Is there written approval if they intend to participate as an organization?
Do not change truthful identity information merely to make a form accept a payment. If records genuinely need correction, use the firm's supported process and retain its response.
Distinguish a mismatch from an unexplained decline
The card-ownership FAQ states the matching-name requirement. It does not publish a complete technical explanation of every declined transaction. A generic payment error therefore cannot reliably tell you whether the cause was identity, issuer authorization, a processor issue or another condition.
| What you can observe | Useful next step |
|---|---|
| Registered name is visibly incorrect | Ask how to correct the account record before buying |
| Proposed card belongs to someone else | Do not use it for this purchase |
| Correct name, generic decline | Keep the exact error and request clarification |
| Bank shows a pending amount, no order appears | Reconcile the first attempt before submitting another |
| Receipt exists but account access is missing | Give support the order reference and requested program |
| Two receipts appear | Report both references and ask what was actually created |
These are diagnostic checks, not claims about the firm's payment system. In particular, a bank notification, a pending authorization and a completed evaluation order are different records. Avoid assuming they always update at the same moment.
Make the product record unambiguous
Identity can be correct while the selected product is wrong. Before confirming the order, record the program, size, funded profit split, code and final fee together.
For example, a $100K Standard account at an 80% share has a $159 reference fee and a calculated COMPARE total of $111.30. The $100K Legacy NYC 80% plan has a $99 reference fee and a $69.30 calculation. An order showing $69.30 cannot be identified as the intended Standard 80% purchase from the amount alone.
The session also matters. The session-selection guide explains Standard and Legacy trading windows. A smaller charge is not a useful saving if the purchased session does not fit when you trade.
Keep the accepted order configuration with the receipt. A screenshot taken before changing a selector may describe a different product from the one ultimately purchased.
Resolve an unclear purchase without duplicating it
Before repeating a payment attempt, check the account dashboard, confirmation email and payment status. If those records disagree, gather the minimum evidence support needs:
- Account email and order reference, if one exists.
- Program, account size and chosen funded split.
- Time of the attempt, including timezone.
- Amount and currency shown.
- Exact error or status message.
- Whether a receipt or usable account was issued.
Use the firm's verified support channel. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or security codes in an ordinary message. A redacted screenshot should remove unrelated transactions and personal details that are unnecessary to identify the issue.
This checklist cannot guarantee a reversal, refund or correction. Its purpose is to make one disputed or incomplete order understandable before another is created.
Read the refund boundary before trading
The Terms generally exclude refunds, with a stated fraud exception. Their purchase-issue route directs customers to support@traderslaunch.com and specifies the subject “Dissatisfied Purchase.” That invitation to discuss an issue does not promise reimbursement.
If the selected product or charge is wrong, explain what happened promptly and ask what options exist. Do not invent a fraud claim for an ordinary purchase mistake. Keep records of the actual order and the firm's answer, and avoid assuming a request has been accepted merely because it was submitted.
Identity checks also continue beyond checkout. The FAQ describes contract signing and KYC before the payout-eligible Simfunded stage. Successful payment does not establish future payout eligibility. Evaluation and funded-stage trading remain simulated and subject to the applicable program conditions.
How to use COMPARE with a matching payment identity
- Select Futures on Traders Launch and choose Standard or Legacy NYC.
- Confirm the account size, funded profit split and registered legal name.
- Enter COMPARE in the coupon field and apply it.
- Check the 30% account-fee calculation and final order details.
- Use a payment method that meets the firm's ownership requirement and keep the receipt.
FAQ
Can a family member buy my evaluation with their card?
The official FAQ says the cardholder name must match the registered account name and rejects another person's card. Ask support about a genuine account-record issue before purchase.
Does an accepted COMPARE code prove the order is complete?
No. Code acceptance concerns the fee calculation. Check for the actual completed order, receipt and account issuance before treating the purchase as finished.
Should I pay again if my bank shows a pending charge?
First reconcile the dashboard, receipt and payment status. An unclear first attempt is a reason to investigate before creating a potentially duplicate purchase.
Can I register the evaluation in a company name?
The Terms require express written approval for business or organizational participation. A company payment card alone does not supply that approval.
Is an incorrect purchase automatically refundable?
The published Terms do not promise that. Explain the issue through official support and get a decision for the specific order; do not assume the stated fraud exception covers a routine selection error.
